PRODUCTION TERMS:
• Period of production will start on the date a prepayment and full order details are received.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled after they are confirmed by the franchisee or if their production started.
• Production period:
- if in stock – 7 working days (Mon. - Fr.) + delivery time;
- if out of stock – 14 working days days (Mon. - Fr.) + delivery time.
- EXPRESS PRODUCTION +15% up to 3 working days.
